Happy New Year for 2019! We are now bidding farewell to this year and getting ready to welcome in the next year! No matter how the last 12 months proved for you, I wish to invite you to bring love into this New Year. To do that, we should consider what we found unlovable this coming year and then release it and allow it to go. If our energy or focus is stuck previously, it is unlikely we can be quite a conscious co-creator with the universe for our future. We also have to take into consideration what was one thing we promised ourselves we’d do that past year we never quite accomplished? The thing is, sometimes this little thing called inertia sets in and keeps us from fulfilling our dreams and goals. Inertia is very subtle and often camouflages itself in indecision, confusion and fear. Take a minute and identify what you might have done differently and make a promise to yourself that this year you will make it happen. Be sure to tell a best friend so that you are accountable for starting this goal. Change happens one decision at any given time.
To help you in bringing love into this new year wishes 2019, I would like invite one to consider the best way to expand your creativity in your life. Whenever we are certainly not being creative our excitement for a lifetime dwindles and days may become routine so we disconnect from love. However, once we add an element of creativity into our lives by creating a project, skill, gift or creation then we obtain that to appear forward and this brain-child brings feelings of purpose, joy and self-love. We are then able to move from divine discontent to creative contentment. In the process, we also unite with this soul selves through this act of creative self-expression. One cannot stay stuck in self-pity and fear when their energy and concentrate is on creativity. They don’t co-exist.
Think about the gardener who plants a whole new crop, the author who writes a whole new poem the cello player who plays a whole new song, all of them share the blessing for being a conduit for the Divine. Their personal selves step aside and this bigger energy of life and creativity comes through. This creativity that inspires them can stir another to get relocated to interact with their divine higher self. Types of this are: The poems of Rumi, the compositions of Mozart, and also the paintings of Georgia O’Keeffe. In case you have ever walked a labyrinth you can notice the grace in the spirit that built it. In contrast, when our everyday life are focused solely on earning money, going to work or routine tasks, we miss a vital part of living a fulfilling life. Creativity nurtures our soul and connects us to our source self.
It is important that we always keep growing, learn and evolve. I heard a buddy recently state that “When we are not growing then we are dying” While this is an extremely strong statement it implies that growth is life and stagnation is death.
Imagine that you could have a conversation with your future self from 10 years from now. Let’s suppose that his older version of yourself can reveal an essential aspect of your life which you currently are troubled or concerned about. What might your future self, recommend for you to accomplish this new higher level of creativity, happiness and peace in your life? Maybe you would quit your work and commence your very own business, or design a house or write a magazine or perhaps a blog or sing, paint, dance or be a radio show host. The number of choices are endless!
We should value our creative selves as much as our responsible hardworking selves that want to supply and protect us. Our creativity is a God given gift for all of us to use to include vitality and meaning to the lives. In this New Year please take time to discover your own personal creative outlet and after that get it done. You will be glad you did!
Have you been over last year already however, not sure how you can make sure this year can be your best yet? I have only one tip for you personally. Begin with gratitude. Gratitude is an immensely powerful force that can expand your happiness, joejrc loving relationships, as well as get a lean body. Many research studies, including research by renowned psychologists Robert Emmons and Michael McCullough, have found that people who consciously focus on gratitude experience greater emotional well-being and physical health than those who don’t.
Whatever happened in the past, today is a fresh new day and you have the ability to totally change how your life plays outside in 2017. Each year I undertake a yearly ritual of reviewing my current year’s ANNUAL GRATITUDE LETTER on New Year’s Eve and reflecting on all I am just grateful for. In order to use this too then begin with reflecting on all the people you happen to be grateful in your life, the experiences as well as the growth and learning you’ve had along with the missteps and mistakes.
